Coriolanus (2011)

Surprisingly well crafted with tongue twisting Shakespearean English, this flick is one joyful event to witness. Yet no surprises as it’s the modern day cinematic adaptation of Shakespeare’s play in the same name. Very powerful and astounding performance by Ralph Fiennes moves the play from one level to another. The feeling is no less than viewing a stage play with such powerful performances and emotions.

 

කලකින් දුටු විශිෂ්ට සිනමා කෘතියකි මේ. විලියම් ශේක්ස්පියර්ගේ වේදිකා නාට්‍යයක අග්‍රගන්යය සිනමා සම්ප්‍රාප්තිය ලෙසට නොපැකිලිව සඳහන් කල හැකියි. උත්කෘෂ්ට රංගන ප්‍රතිභාවන්ගෙන් සපිරුණු මේ චිත්‍රපටය ඔබට කියන්නේ වීරත්වය, පරාජය සහ ස්වාභිමානය සමග ගැබ්වූ උඩඟුකමේ දරුණු ප්‍රතිවිපාක විසින් ගිලගත් රෝම ජනරාල් වරයකු ගැන කථා පුවතක්.
